Project Narrative

The project at 434 McGrath Highway in Somerville is a Mixed-use 4 story building containing 58 underground garage parking spaces, 48 residential units and a 11,000 sf commercial space. The building has a podium construction, and the top 3 floors were a modular/prefabricated building system delivered and placed over the steel frame podium. Amenities include a Community Room with kitchenette, gym and conference room. The building exterior is comprised of long-lasting masonry materials, aluminum storefronts and custom metal railing systems. Construction was completed in 2019.
